Our highly qualified quality control team performs inspections during each stage of production. We use supplier control surveys, and all of our raw materials are purchased from only authorized suppliers. In addition, our control staff performs detailed inspections of these materials to ensure that only reliable and high quality materials are used in the production of our printed circuit boards. For example, we use FR4 board as the base material of our single side printed circuit board. This ensures good electric insulation and strong heat and humidity resistance. In addition, surface treatment technology like immersion gold and lead free HASL (hot air solder leveling) helps prevent our printed circuit boards from oxidizing or corroding, thus increasing the service life of the product. During the production process, our highly trained quality control staff inspects the in-process product quality and utilizes SPC (statistical process control) charts to monitor the operation conditions. In addition, our aluminum based printed circuit board, flexible printed circuit board, single side printed circuit board, and all of our other related products undergo sample testing, an open/short circuit test, as well as other testing prior to delivery. Our final audit team of QA engineers works diligently to ensure that only the finest quality products leave our factory.
